What an amazing transformation - we started last week with one very old & tired looking concrete pool and with the help of Mark, Lisa and their team and a little magic, the end result was amazing. Great price, lovely people to deal with, site was left clean each day, attention to detail was much appreciated. From empty to work completed to the pool water refilled, it was 6 days - great turn-around time. We absolutely love our new pool lights - they highlight the pool and its new surface so well during the night time. It is now an outstanding feature of our backyard.

It has been over 3 months since Pebble Masters completed our pool renovations.

From the first meeting at the 2019 Pool Show, Mark was very helpful with my wife which is why we then invited Mark to our house to provide some options / quotes.

When Mark came out, he did not over sell us on works that we did not need and we found the honest approach very refreshing and made us feel we were dealing with nice people.

All our questions were answered, from the pool interior, waterline tiles, filtration, pebble colours and the pebble install process. We then went to your shop to meet with you to discuss everything from filtration, pebble colours and the pebble install process again in more detail and you really helped us to make the right decisions.

Many thanks to you for guiding us in the right direction with the colour and filtration system.

The project works went extremely well even though we both had some changed dates due to weather and us going away, you worked with this to plan. We are very pleased with the final product of our pool renovation.

The filtration system that you recommended was the Theralux Mineral Pool System, which we are very happy with. The Theralux rep, Christian has also been fantastic and has been in close contact with me well after you installed the system to make sure all is well and offering advice. This has blown me away.

I have recommended you to my friends and would be happy to answer anyone's questions if they were thinking of using Pebble Masters.

My 30+ year old pebblecrete pool was in dire need of a freshen up. I obtained a number of quotes from local companies and then after doing a google search, cam up with Pebble Masters. Mark, the owner called out, measured the pool (10m  x 4m), came up with suggestions and subsequently emailed the quote. The cost was 10% lower than the next nearest which was a pleasant surprise.  My wife and I together with our granddaughter went down to the showroom and met Lisa who was extremely helpful in choosing the Travertine coping and with my granddaughter's help, choose the waterline tiles. The process was smooth and fuss free. The tilers arrived day one, Craig and Daniel were extremely efficient. They removed the old coping, and over 4 days, laid the Travertine which transformed the look immediately. It was a pleasure having them at our home and made the job so much easier. Mark and Alex then arrived to install the waterline tiles, acid washed the pool and sealed the travertine all in one morning, cleaned up and left two very happy pool owners in their wake. AN OUTSTANDING JOB and I would have no hesitation recommending Pebble Masters to anyone wanting a fantastic, fuss free pool renovation. WELL DONE ALL
